9:30 Guest Speaker: Vilcia Rodriguez City of San Jose 2020 Census Project Manager

Vilcia Rodriguez is the 2020 Census Project Manager for the city

of San Jose. She is responsible for designing and implementing

the City’s multilingual outreach campaign. Her goal is to educate

and motivate San Jose residents to take part in the 2020 Census.

Ms. Rodriguez will discuss how her commitment to assuring that

everyone is counted in 2020, regardless of race, citizenship status,

and gender will strengthen our democracy.
