Greetings!

As the 2026-2027 Co-Presidents, we would like to welcome you to the work of the League of Women Voters of San Jose/Santa Clara. As we are sure you can imagine, we have a great deal of work to address this fall and beyond. It seems that every time we turn around, new challenges have been laid at our feet. Our timely and effective response will rely on the dedication of our members.s on Tuesday, Sept. 1, 11 a.m.-1 p.m., to develop a strategic work plan for the year. It will be held both in person at the Sobrato Center for Nonprofits and virtually on Zoom. All members are welcome to attend. For details, please email us at president@lwvsjsc.org.

Next month, this message will highlight the results of this crucial planning session and we will issue an invitation to members to lean into our League community and its work. In the meantime, please be on the lookout for invitations to support Voter Service activities, attend our m

The Board of Directors meetonthly Lunch with League events, and join informal gatherings to get to know one another better.

We hope to meet each and every one of you over the course of our very busy year.

Best,

Beth and Michelle
